π² How to Preserve the Original Senderβs Email Address
When you forward an email, most email providers replace the original βFromβ address with your own. This means Airparser receives the forwarded message as if you were the sender β and the true senderβs email address is lost.
If you want Airparser to capture the original sender email in your parsed data, you should use email redirect, not forward.
A redirect sends the message to Airparser exactly as received, without changing the "From" field.
This ensures your parsed data includes the true sender information.
How to set up redirect in Outlook
In Outlook Web, open the Home tab.
Click the (...) button in the top menu.

Select Rules β Manage rules.
Click Add new rule.
Add a condition β for example, apply the rule to all incoming emails or only emails that match certain criteria.
Under Add an action, choose Redirect to.
Enter your Airparser inbox email address.

Save the rule.
Once enabled, all emails matching your rule will be redirected, not forwarded β keeping the original sender intact for parsing.
