π Reviewing and Exporting Parsed Data
The Parsed Data page gives you a table view of all documents processed by your inbox β their parsed field values, document names, received dates, and status. From here you can search, filter, sort, and export your data.
To access it, open any inbox and click Parsed Data in the left sidebar.

Search
Use the search bar at the top of the page to find documents by field value or document name. Results update as you type.

Filter by Date
Click the date filter in the toolbar to narrow results to a specific time period (e.g. last 7 days, last month, or a custom range). The filter applies to the document received date.

Show or Hide Columns
Click Columns in the toolbar to choose which fields are visible in the table. Your column preferences are saved per inbox so they persist across sessions.

Sort by Column
Click any column header to sort the table by that field. Click again to reverse the sort order. The current sort is shown with an arrow next to the column name.
Open a Document
Click any row in the table to open the document in a side panel, where you can review the extracted values and see the original document.
Export Parsed Data
Click the Export button to download your parsed data. The export dialog lets you configure:
Source β export all fields or a specific table field (for documents with nested line items)
Format β XLSX, CSV, or JSON
Date range β all documents, or a custom date range
Sort β ascending or descending by received date
Columns β choose which fields to include; a live preview shows the first few rows

Once you click Export, the file is prepared in the background. You will receive a notification when it is ready to download from the Notifications panel.
